5. How the service works

The Federation receives requests and passes them on to its members, who carry out the services. Each service is subject to a personal quote and to the Federation’s terms and conditions, provided with the quote. Helicopter and jet flights and yacht trips are operated by the selected operator, under its own licence and responsibility.

6. Personal data

This website sets no cookies, uses no audience measurement tools and has no forms. Fonts are hosted on the website itself. The host may keep technical connection logs to keep the service secure.

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail, the information you send is used by the Federation, as data controller, to answer your request, prepare a quote and, where applicable, arrange the service with the member who carries it out. It is kept for as long as needed for these purposes and to meet our legal obligations.

You may access, correct or erase your data, object to its processing, or ask for its restriction or portability, by writing to contact@ffgr.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr). Use of WhatsApp is subject to its provider’s terms.
