How we work
Send us your program: dates, number of people, hotels, appointments already known. We offer you a transport plan and a nominative quote. Once validated, each journey is entrusted to a driver who is a member of the Federation, and you receive a confirmation voucher.
We only organize your trips: we do not sell access or accreditation to events.
When should you book?
As soon as your dates are known. For larger events, several weeks in advance is a good precaution.
Can you manage multiple cars at the same time?
Yes, that’s the whole point: a single contact coordinates all the vehicles and schedules.
Do you provide access to events?
No. We only organize travel; access and accreditations are the responsibility of the organizers.
